So I’m never surprised by the excuses I get when I let someone know their card was declined and I won’t be able to give them back their vehicle. It’s always the surprise look like they didn’t know what was going to happen. However, this one was new; she really wanted her car back and had no other credit card she could use. So she exchanged her services for my services. I can say we both left satisfied customers.
